Second Draft provides an AI-powered analysis tool designed to help users sanity-check high-stakes messages. By inputting text into our platform, you receive perspective-based analysis and rewrite suggestions intended to help you communicate more effectively.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

We offer two subscription tiers for access to our analysis tools:

Payments are processed securely. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your Pro features until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months or years.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Second Draft only for its intended purpose of professional communication assistance. You may not use the service to generate harmful, illegal, or harassing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Liability

Second Draft provides suggestions based on AI analysis. These suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. You are solely responsible for the final content of any message you send. We are not liable for any consequences resulting from the use of our suggestions.
